Our organization is actively seeking a results-driven Intellectual Property Strategist to spearhead the expansion of our Search & Licensing vertical.

This senior-level role will be responsible for driving the overall performance, profitability, and growth of the vertical.

The key objectives include:

  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive strategy for the Search & Licensing vertical
  • Driving revenue generation and owning the profit-and-loss (P&L) responsibility
  • Ensuring service delivery excellence and quality assurance
  • Leading IP monetization and licensing initiatives
  • Engaging with clients to enhance satisfaction and loyalty
  • Fostering a high-performing team through leadership and performance management
  • Building capabilities and developing leaders within the organization
  • Implementing process excellence and adopting innovative technologies
  • Driving business development and thought leadership

Successful candidates will possess:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or technology
  • Postgraduate qualifications in Intellectual Property are highly desirable
  • A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in IP services, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role
  • A proven track record of managing patent search, analytics, and/or licensing projects
  • Global client experience across various domains such as engineering, ICT, pharma, life sciences, etc.
