  • Managing the offer process, including negotiating terms with candidates and ensuring smooth onboarding.
  • Tracking and reporting recruitment metrics and providing updates to senior management.

Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or Industrial Relations.

Candidate Attributes:

  • Strong experience in sourcing, interviewing, and evaluating candidates.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Knowledge of various recruitment tools and platforms.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Team management of 5-8 members.
