Job Title: Recruiter Specialist

Location: Onsite (Sector 142, Noida)

Employment Type: Full-time | 10 AM 6 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and engage experienced sales professionals in banking, insurance, and similar commission-driven sectors.
  • Post and optimize job listings on relevant platforms and social media channels.
  • Conduct phone screenings and schedule interviews with qualified candidates.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of candidates for high-turnover and urgent sales roles.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements and timelines.
  • Manage candidate databases and recruitment tools efficiently.
  • Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience from application to onboarding.

What We're Looking For:

  • 2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in high-volume sales hiring.
  • Proven success in filling target-driven sales positions (e.g., Insurance Agents, Financial Advisors, Car Sales, Field Sales Executives, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of the sales mindset and what motivates commission-based professionals.
  • Experience using job boards, LinkedIn, and recruitment CRMs.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.
  • No US Staffing candidates
  • Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets within tight deadlines.

Nice to Have:

  • Background in recruitment agencies.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific certifications and licensing requirements.
  • Experience recruiting for remote or hybrid sales roles
