We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting and acquiring top talent to fill various roles within the organization.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will have strong hands-on experience in the end-to-end recruitment process, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both internal stakeholders and external candidates. You will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial outreach to onboarding new hires.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Source and attract top talent through various channels, including social media, job boards, employee referrals and other sources.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's hiring needs and requirements.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers and external partners.
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to identify the most suitable candidates for each role.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities, including candidate interactions and interview results.
  • Provide regular updates to hiring managers and other stakeholders on the status of open positions and candidate pipelines.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sourcing and hiring top talent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
