Key Responsibilities
  • Manage employee eligibility, coverage start/end and ongoing maintenance of benefits records.
  • Process and record benefit enrollments, life events and terminations in HRMS and related systems.
  • Ensure accurate reflection of payroll elements linked to benefits compensation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field.
  • 4–7 years of experience in end-to-end benefits operations with strong exposure to US and Canadian benefits.
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS & benefits platforms.
  • Knowledge of US benefits regulations (ACA, COBRA, ERISA, HIPAA) and Canadian provincial group benefits structures.
  • Strong analytical, reconciliation and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills for working with vendors, employees and internal People partners.
