Job Overview:

 

We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to spearhead our talent acquisition, payroll, and compliance initiatives across multiple manufacturing sites and staffing projects. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in large-scale recruitment or staffing operations supporting industrial clients.

  • Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
    • End-to-end recruitment lifecycle management for shop-floor, technical, supervisory, and corporate roles (sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, offer negotiation).
    • Close collaboration with business heads and project managers to understand headcount plans and skills requirements.
    • Vendor relationship management, campus drives, employee referrals, and external sourcing channels coordination.
    • Efficient onboarding, induction, documentation, and background verification processes for all hires.
  • Payroll & Benefits
    • Full-cycle payroll processing (monthly cycle), salary calculations, reimbursements, deductions, and statutory contributions management.
    • Cordination with payroll vendors/software and validation of payroll outputs for accuracy and timeliness.
    • Salary structuring, increments, joining/exit settlements, and payroll reconciliations handling.
    • Employee benefits administration and timely resolution of payroll queries.
  • Compliance & Regulatory
    • Statutory compliance across labour laws, PF, ESI, professional tax, and state-specific regulations relevant to manufacturing and staffing maintenance.
    • Accurate employee records and statutory registers management; timely filings and returns in coordination with vendors/consultants.
    • Support for internal and client audits; corrective actions and process improvements implementation.
  • HR Operations & Employee Relations
    • HR policies administration, employment contracts, attendance, leave management, shift rosters, and contract manpower compliance management.
    • Grievances, disciplinary actions, and exit interviews management; retention and corrective measures recommendations.
    • Employee engagement initiatives drive, periodic townhalls, and communication for multi-site teams.
    • HR MIS — headcount, attrition, absenteeism, cost-per-hire, and other HR dashboards for leadership maintenance.
  • People Development & Performance
    • Performance management cycles support, promotions, succession planning, and training needs identification.
