
Strategic Human Resources Leader

Job Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to spearhead our talent acquisition, payroll, and compliance initiatives across multiple manufacturing sites and staffing projects. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in large-scale recruitment or staffing operations supporting industrial clients.
- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- End-to-end recruitment lifecycle management for shop-floor, technical, supervisory, and corporate roles (sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, offer negotiation).
- Close collaboration with business heads and project managers to understand headcount plans and skills requirements.
- Vendor relationship management, campus drives, employee referrals, and external sourcing channels coordination.
- Efficient onboarding, induction, documentation, and background verification processes for all hires.
- Payroll & Benefits
- Full-cycle payroll processing (monthly cycle), salary calculations, reimbursements, deductions, and statutory contributions management.
- Cordination with payroll vendors/software and validation of payroll outputs for accuracy and timeliness.
- Salary structuring, increments, joining/exit settlements, and payroll reconciliations handling.
- Employee benefits administration and timely resolution of payroll queries.
- Compliance & Regulatory
- Statutory compliance across labour laws, PF, ESI, professional tax, and state-specific regulations relevant to manufacturing and staffing maintenance.
- Accurate employee records and statutory registers management; timely filings and returns in coordination with vendors/consultants.
- Support for internal and client audits; corrective actions and process improvements implementation.
- HR Operations & Employee Relations
- HR policies administration, employment contracts, attendance, leave management, shift rosters, and contract manpower compliance management.
- Grievances, disciplinary actions, and exit interviews management; retention and corrective measures recommendations.
- Employee engagement initiatives drive, periodic townhalls, and communication for multi-site teams.
- HR MIS — headcount, attrition, absenteeism, cost-per-hire, and other HR dashboards for leadership maintenance.
- People Development & Performance
- Performance management cycles support, promotions, succession planning, and training needs identification.
