We are seeking a skilled and proactive financial professional to fill this key role.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about precision and efficiency.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with international teams to handle financial, administrative, and logistical tasks.
  • Prepare documentation in line with trade agreements, including bank schedules, commercial invoices, and other contractual paperwork.
  • Issue trade documents to suppliers and review incoming trade documents, requesting amendments where necessary.
  • Manage invoicing for trades, including proforma invoices.
  • Maintain Statements of Accounts and assist with month-end closing activities.
  • Follow up on payables, receivables, and accruals.
  • Update systems with stock movements (in/out) and ensure accurate matching.
  • Handle Know Your Customer (KYC) and sanction clearance processes.
  • Project trade and cash flow requirements.
  • Prepare stock reports and coordinate the release of Delivery Orders (D/O).
  • Compile traceability reports and manage cargo insurance and charterers liability declarations.
  • Process trade document cancellations.
  • Respond to accounting, audit, and compliance-related queries.

This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams and adherence to regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of financial regulations.
