Business Finance Lead

The role of Business Finance Lead is to drive strategic planning and budgeting processes, aligning with the company's mission, vision, values, and direction.

  • Oversight of budgeting forecasting, long-term planning, and variance analysis to ensure operational priorities are aligned with company goals.
  • Forecasts of monthly, quarterly, and annual results, recommending cost reduction strategies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Regular interactions with the executive team and department heads to ensure alignment of operational priorities with company goals.
  • Leading business partnering support through analytics, driving strong relationships across the business, including Central Finance Functions and other Finance teams.

Data-Driven Insights:

  • Analysis of actuals against budget forecast, providing stakeholders with timely, detailed, and meaningful insights on business performance.
  • Commercial insight and analysis of results, identifying underlying trends and challenging the business on performance.

Working Capital Management:

  • Preparation of weekly and monthly MIS reports with variance analysis.
  • Oversight of working capital management for the Group.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Master's degree in business administration or finance from a top-tier institution.
  • 10+ years' experience in managing similar roles.
  • Clear understanding and maintain a detailed knowledge of sales and revenue drivers.
  • Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills.
  • Interpersonal communication and team management.
