Finance Operations Manager Role

We are seeking a Finance Operations Manager to support our business growth and optimize costs across various functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop an in-depth understanding of our business, consumers, categories, and other functions within the organization.
  2. Conduct data-driven trend analysis for profit and loss metrics to improve financial performance and planning.
  3. Manage day-to-day profit and loss through effective relationships with business stakeholders to drive growth.
  4. Create processes for new initiatives and improve existing ones, focusing on governance and cost leakage.
  5. Prepare, manage, and publish business scorecards.
  6. Manage stakeholder relationships and collaborate closely with business teams.
  7. Run weekly reviews with business stakeholders.
  8. Support ad-hoc analysis on various projects as needed.

Requirements:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA), Master of Business Administration (MBA), or Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) degree.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience post-qualification.
  • Strong Excel/Google sheet skills and good business acumen.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in financial modeling and PowerPoint skills.
  • Prior experience as a business finance partner is desired, especially in start-ups or retail.
  • A self-starter who can take ownership of deliverables with minimal direction.
  • A continuous improvement attitude and fast learning ability.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with SQL is a plus.
