Job Description:

  • Coordinate patient care services to ensure a smooth hospital experience.
  • Act as a single point of contact for patients, resolving their queries and concerns.
  • Assist with admission and billing processes, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Collect and escalate customer feedback to improve services.
  • Maintain positive relationships with patients and their families throughout the visit.
  • Develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction beyond hospital visits.
  • Accompany patients through the OPD and diagnostics departments, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Follow standard help desk procedures to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Identify recurring problems and report them to management.
  • Manage problem resolution by analyzing feedback and collaborating with department heads to implement proactive solutions.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the manager to support the team's goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in healthcare or patient care roles is preferred.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology, particularly related to eye care, is an asset.
  • Able to multitask and remain organized in fast-paced environments.
  • Compassionate and patient-focused attitude.
