
Patient Experience Coordinator

Job Description:
- Coordinate patient care services to ensure a smooth hospital experience.
- Act as a single point of contact for patients, resolving their queries and concerns.
- Assist with admission and billing processes, providing exceptional customer service.
- Collect and escalate customer feedback to improve services.
- Maintain positive relationships with patients and their families throughout the visit.
- Develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction beyond hospital visits.
- Accompany patients through the OPD and diagnostics departments, ensuring their needs are met.
- Follow standard help desk procedures to resolve issues efficiently.
- Identify recurring problems and report them to management.
- Manage problem resolution by analyzing feedback and collaborating with department heads to implement proactive solutions.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the manager to support the team's goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in healthcare or patient care roles is preferred.
- Familiarity with medical terminology, particularly related to eye care, is an asset.
- Able to multitask and remain organized in fast-paced environments.
- Compassionate and patient-focused attitude.
