Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement standardized procedures for front office, admission, and discharge operations.
- Manage staffing levels and deploy personnel across patient care areas effectively.
- Plan and coordinate departmental growth and expansion.
- Collaborate closely with clinical, diagnostic, and treatment teams to deliver a seamless patient experience.
- Supervise front office operations and ensure adequate staffing.
- Design and conduct training programs to upskill the team.
- Oversee departmental operations, including staffing levels, process evaluation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Analyze and document operating procedures to identify opportunities for efficiency enhancements.
- Work in close coordination with all hospital departments to ensure service excellence.
- Educational Background: Master's or Bachelor's in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Nursing, or related field, with 12+ years of experience (including leadership in patient care operations).
- Operational Expertise: Strong experience in managing both outpatient and inpatient services, including admissions, discharge, and front office operations.
- Leadership & People Management: Proven ability to lead large teams, ensure effective manpower planning, and drive training & development initiatives.
- Patient-Centric Approach: Deep commitment to delivering seamless, efficient, and high-quality patient experiences across all touchpoints.
- Strategic & Collaborative Mindset: Ability to plan for department growth, implement process improvements, and coordinate effectively with clinical, diagnostic, and support teams.
