The Corporate Banking Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients through continuous engagement and risk profiling. The role involves identifying potential customers and providing them with customized solutions that meet their needs. The Corporate Banking Relationship Manager will be responsible for client management and acquisition, with a focus on expanding the Asset under Management. Key skills include working in a dynamic environment with cross-functional teams to design and deliver tailored investment products aligned to customer needs. The goal is to ensure superior customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire new corporate banking customers by providing solutions that meet their needs.
  • Maintain complete customer profiles, including risk profiles, demographics, and assets in the bank.
  • Enrich relationships and increase customer stickiness by offering corporate banking products.
  • Deepen existing relationships by providing corporate solutions, such as trade and forex, CMS, and SME loans.
  • Identify potential customers who can be sold tailored products to enhance product penetration.
  • Acquire new customers by converting referral leads.
  • Achieve targets as assigned by the organization on a monthly basis.
  • Record and track all engagement activities through the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with the Service Team to resolve any client issues.
  • Comply with KYC/SEBI rules, regulations, and legislation governing the bank.

    Qualifications:

    The ideal candidate should have:

    • A graduate or post-graduate degree from a recognized institute.
    • Experience in business banking, treasury, and foreign exchange is preferred.

    Role Proficiencies:

    The candidate should possess the following skills:

    • Knowledge of banking products and services.
    • Ability to manage complex client situations.
    • Good communication skills in English and the local language.
    • Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
    • Good networking and relationship-building skills.
