Senior Test Lead and Engineer Position

This is a senior-level position that requires a strong understanding of card management systems, including credit, debit, and prepaid card processing.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in testing and supporting card management systems and related responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and scripts to ensure product quality.
  • Collaborate with development and functional teams for system analysis, issue resolution, and production support.
  • Perform end-to-end testing of card management processes, including credit, debit, and prepaid cards.
  • Support defect management and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely fixes.
  • Analyze transaction processing flows including authorization, settlement, and dispute management to validate system functionality.
  • Configure and validate credit card lifecycle management rules, such as credit limits, interest calculation, fees, payment hierarchies, and delinquency handling.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with card management systems.
  • Strong proficiency in COBOL, JCL, DB2, and Mainframe technologies.
  • Deep understanding of card management systems covering credit, debit, and prepaid card processing.
  • Strong knowledge of transaction processing workflows such as authorization, settlement, and dispute resolution.
  • Experience with system analysis, development testing, and providing production support.
  • Hands-on experience with credit card lifecycle management, including configuration of rules for credit limits, interest, fees, payment hierarchies, and delinquency management.
