Key Responsibilities:

  • Track and maintain accurate inventory of prepaid/PPI cards.
  • Validate and process invoices related to card procurement and distribution.
  • Prepare and maintain MIS reports related to card inventory, usage, and vendor performance.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of card-related processes.
  • Coordinate with vendors for card supply, replenishment, and issue resolution.
  • Maintain proper documentation for card inventory movements and audit requirements.
  • Monitor card usage trends to forecast future requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines for PPI card management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in PPI / prepaid card management.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management practices.
  • Proficiency in preparing MIS and analytical reports.
  • Experience in vendor coordination and stakeholder communication.
  • Good understanding of invoice validation and reconciliation processes.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and other reporting tools.
  • Attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
