- Collaborate with IT, BSG, and other stakeholders to complete and develop projects.
- Analyze existing product authorization rates and ensure changes align with market demands.
- Manage regulatory projects and audit queries to ensure smooth functioning of debit cards.
- Support strategic planning and product implementation of debit cards.
- Oversee the end-to-end debit card transaction lifecycle via different channels, ensuring project completion and customer satisfaction through higher auth rates and improved overall experience.
- Develop and implement authentication strategies with the help of ACS partners, identify issues, ideate solutions, and collaborate with teams to execute them.
- Cross-functional coordination with Legal compliance, BSG, Ops, IT, Marketing & Product teams to discuss and finalize new enhancement changes on channels or new product development.
