Job Opportunity for a Business Development Director

Are you a seasoned business development professional seeking a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Director to join our team.

This role will be responsible for setting up and managing our business development vertical, including identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and developing strategic plans to drive growth.

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in business development, with a proven track record of success in driving business growth. They will also have an MBA or equivalent qualification, as well as strong knowledge of COCO, COFO, FOCO, and FOFO business models.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and manage the BD vertical, including identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Develop strategic plans to drive business growth, including analyzing market trends and competitor activity.
  • Manage a team of business development professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Monitor and report on business performance, making recommendations for improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 10 years of experience in business development, with a proven track record of success.
  • MBA or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong knowledge of COCO, COFO, FOCO, and FOFO business models.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach.
