Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Fixed Income Financing Specialist.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the Fixed Income Financing business flow across regions and sub-asset classes, including systems involved and product details.
  • Participate in Repo trading, including short cover via internal lifts and external lenders, auto borrows, excess returns, refinancing trades, funding, etc., with a good understanding of the logic behind these processes.
  • Create Client Metrics/Financial Metrics-based dashboards/reports for Top Management.
  • Manage the funding for Repo desks via collateral efficiency, bilateral and triparty schedules.
  • Analyze Global FIF Balance Sheet Analytics and Reporting Analysis, highlighting key metrics.
  • Demonstrate a sound understanding of the trade life cycle of Securities Lending & Repo Financing, bond analysis, call and put options, and bond pricing concepts, along with proficient programming skills, knowledge of the Financing business, attention to detail, and the ability to liaise with trading desks to ensure timely and accurate delivery of tasks/projects performed.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong educational background in Computer Science/IT or MBA in Finance.
  • Work experience of 2-3 years in Global Markets/Financing is preferred but not mandatory.
