Leadership Role: Learning Program Development

We are seeking an accomplished professional to spearhead our learning initiatives. As a key leader, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and delivering impactful learning programs that drive performance and competency development across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic L&D Program Design: Develop and implement learning solutions aligned with business objectives and organizational needs.
  • Training Needs Analysis (TNA): Conduct thorough analysis and roll out tailored learning solutions to address employee skills gaps.
  • Engaging Classroom and Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT): Facilitate interactive sessions for employees at all levels, promoting knowledge retention and skill enhancement.
  • Collaboration and Partnership Building: Co-create learning programs with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration with business objectives.
  • Learning Content Development and Delivery: Create high-quality content and deliver interventions to drive employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Evaluation and Impact Assessment: Monitor and analyze program effectiveness, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven changes.
  • Stakeholder Engagement and Communication: Foster effective communication and engagement with internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Administrative Support and Efficiency: Manage administrative tasks efficiently, ensuring smooth delivery of training solutions.
  • Continuous Improvement and Innovation: Apply best practices to enhance learning effectiveness, driving innovation in L&D initiatives.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on L&D metrics, trends, and outcomes to inform future program development.

Requirements:

  • 5–8 years of experience in Learning & Development or Talent Development.
  • Proven track record in designing and implementing successful learning programs.
  • Strong facilitation skills in physical and virtual environments.
  • Knowledge of performance management and competency frameworks.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, coaching, and consulting skills.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation abilities.
  • Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to drive innovation in L&D.
