Roles and Responsibilities
- * Design and deliver training programs to meet the learning needs of employees in the medical services industry, focusing on NABH compliance.
- * Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA) to identify gaps in employee skills and knowledge, and develop training plans accordingly.
- * Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) to track employee progress, monitor performance, and ensure effective learning outcomes.
- * Coordinate with subject matter experts to develop high-quality training content that meets industry standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
- * 5-10 years of experience in Learning and Development or a related field IN hospital / Healthcare industry
- * Strong understanding of NABH regulations and their application in a medical services setting.
- * Proven experience in conducting TNA, designing and delivering training programs, managing LMS platforms, and coordinating training activities.
