Project Management Leader

A Project Manager will play a pivotal role in facilitating this goal. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining open communication with stakeholders, including team members, clients, and external partners.

  1. Required Skills:
  • Loyalty Industry Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience working in the loyalty industry is necessary for this position.
  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Trello, Miro, Azure DevOps Boards (ADO), Asana, DB-SQL, MS Office Tools like Excel and PowerPoint, Postman, AWS Cloud, WinSCP, Filezilla, Putty, Figma is required.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and documentation to guide project execution and keep all stakeholders informed.
  2. Resource Coordination: Allocate and manage resources effectively, working closely with technical delivery teams to ensure timely and efficient project completion.
  3. Risk Management: Identify potential project risks early on and develop mitigation strategies to prevent issues before they arise.
  4. Stakeholder Management: Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to manage expectations, provide updates, and gather feedback.
  5. Agile Methodologies Implementation: Apply Agile practices such as Scrum or Kanban to enhance flexibility, responsiveness, and collaboration within the project team.
