
Strategic Transformation Executive

We are seeking an experienced Transformation Leader to support our Business Management activities and strategic initiatives. This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver insights and operational improvements for leadership stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical capabilities, experience with reporting tools, and the ability to create reports and presentations to track progress against strategic objectives for senior management and visiting executives.
- Create actionable reports and business cases for transition and transformation opportunities.
- Develop comprehensive dashboards and reporting tools using Power BI to streamline existing reporting processes.
- Liaise with IT teams and external vendors to coordinate enhancements and major updates to reporting infrastructure.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related discipline.
- 8-10 years of relevant experience in strategy consulting, project management, business management.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate effectively in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reconcile actual internal and external headcount data with HR systems to track entity growth and scale.
- Develop headcount and financial metrics projections based on current staffing, open positions, and planned transitions.
- Prepare high-quality content and inputs for key governance meetings, including Risk & Compliance, quarterly performance reviews, and Board presentations.
- Support the preparation of CEO townhall content and other strategic communications.
