Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Marketing Manager to lead our end-to-end planning and execution of field marketing programs across the US and EU.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Planning and Execution:
  • Develop and execute localized field marketing programs that create memorable touchpoints with key decision-makers.
  • Manage regional marketing calendars, identify high-impact opportunities, and ensure seamless coordination across logistics, messaging, and stakeholder involvement.
Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Work closely with regional sales and account teams to align on business priorities, target personas, and ideal engagement formats.
  • Partner with design, content, and brand teams to tailor event messaging, collateral, and experiences that resonate with the local audience.
  • Support customer success and partnerships in co-hosted engagements, industry meetups, and bespoke client activations.
Vendor & Budget Management
  • Identify and manage local vendors, event partners, and venues to ensure seamless execution within allocated resources.
  • Negotiate contracts and oversee event deliverables with high attention to detail and quality.
Audience Engagement & Lead Nurturing
  • Build thoughtful pre-event and post-event engagement plans, emails, gifting, follow-ups, to create a cohesive customer experience and nurture relationships.
  • Track participation and feedback to assess program impact and continuously improve effectiveness.
Measurement & Optimization
  • Define goals, success metrics, and reporting for all field marketing activities, focusing on engagement, influence on pipeline, and brand impact.
  • Use insights to fine-tune strategy and build repeatable models for future events.
