Job Opportunity: Area Field Marketing Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our area field marketing efforts in Bangalore, India. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategies to increase sales revenue.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Talent Management: Supervise a team of Business Development Executives (BDEs) in the area, ensuring they receive regular training and performance evaluations.
  • Market Intelligence: Gather insights from dealers, users, and competitors through regular visits and surveys.
  • Feedback Analysis and Sharing: Collect and provide timely feedback on products, trials, and modules to improve their effectiveness.
  • Performance Tracking: Conduct regular business reviews using our OAAP tool to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Contractor Engagement: Engage with adopted contractors twice a quarter, educate them about our products, and gather actionable insights.
  • Dealer Adoption: Identify, adopt, and track the performance of top-performing dealers in the sealants business.
  • Implementation and Relationships: Drive implementation of market development modules, conduct relationship-building activities, and execute demand generation activities in exceptional territories and products.

Requirements:

  • 6-10 years of experience in field marketing or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to travel frequently within the area.
  • Fluency in Malayalam, English, Kannada, and Tamil languages.
  • Possession of a Graduate degree plus an MBA is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Age limit of 38 years maximum.
