Job Title:

Expert Learning Solutions Specialist

This is a unique opportunity to join our online learning community as an Expert Learning Solutions Specialist. We are seeking dynamic and experienced professionals to help us shape and deliver high-quality educational content for our online courses and programmes.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in curriculum development, teaching, assessment, and ensuring the overall quality of programme delivery. This includes managing a large pool of adjunct/guest faculty and teaching assistants, ensuring consistency and excellence in course execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with senior faculty or programme directors to develop industry-aligned curricula.
  • Teach and facilitate certificate programmes, delivering engaging learning experiences.
  • Grade assignments and assessments, providing timely feedback to students.
  • Coordinate guest faculty efforts, helping ensure programme quality in collaboration with senior faculty.
  • Stay up-to-date with developments and trends in relevant industries to ensure that courses reflect current practices, technologies, and skills.
  • Maintain and enhance subject matter expertise by staying current with emerging technologies and industry practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Technical and hands-on expertise in one or more of the following areas: AI, business analytics, full stack AI, MLOps, cyber security, cloud computing, DevOps, software application development.
  • Experience working with and delivering complex technology projects.
  • Relevant Bachelor's degree with minimum 5 years industry experience in the above areas.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate people in an online setting.
