Job Role and Responsibilities

The Learning Support Specialist is a subject matter expert responsible for guiding students through their learning journey.

  • Providing educational support to learners via various mediums such as online platforms, phone calls, or video conferencing.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field.
  • Experience in teaching or training students on technical topics.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
