The role of a teacher involves imparting knowledge and skills to students. This entails creating lesson plans, preparing educational content, and assessing student progress.

To ensure effective teaching, teachers must develop engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of their students.
Developing curricula that meet the requirements of the board examinations for class 10 is essential for preparing students for these assessments.
Furthermore, teachers are responsible for creating a positive learning environment within the classroom. This can be achieved by being approachable, organized, and maintaining high standards of teaching quality.
The qualifications required for this position include passing the 10th and 12th standards from a recognized board, holding a bachelor's degree in the relevant subject from a recognized university, and having a minimum of 55% marks in graduation.
In addition, candidates must possess a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) or equivalent teaching qualification, and have qualified the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) or State TET for upper primary and secondary classes.
Proficiency in the language of instruction, typically English, is also a necessity for this role. Candidates should also have experience in teaching and be able to adapt to new situations effectively.
Moreover, all degrees and diplomas should be obtained from a recognized institution.
