Job Title: Curriculum Developer - STEM Education

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Curriculum Developer to join our team in creating innovative and engaging STEM education programs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing curriculum materials, workshops, and training programs for teachers in STEM subjects.

Your primary focus will be on developing high-quality educational content that aligns with current educational policies and guidelines. You will work closely with subject matter experts to ensure that our programs meet the needs of teachers and students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed program frameworks, teaching plans, and workshop modules for effective implementation.
  • Create educational materials for short-term and intensive courses.
  • Strengthen the resource center by developing subject-specific resources, including teacher manuals, interactive models, TLM, reference material, and assessment tools.
  • Regularly update developed resources based on action research, primary or secondary research, or academic reading and writing.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or a related field.
  • 3-6 years of relevant experience in capacity-building programs in Teacher Education.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
