Content Creator & Learning Experience Designer
We're seeking a skilled Content Creator and Learning Experience Designer to craft engaging English learning content for children and parents. The ideal candidate will create daily learning scripts, quizzes, conversations, and activities that reinforce learning.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and developing detailed plans for the first 7 days and an overview plan for the next 7 days.
- Ensuring content is age-appropriate, culturally relatable, and easy to understand for Tier 2/3 audiences.
- Working closely with product and design teams to ensure an engaging user experience.
The successful candidate will possess:
- A strong command of English grammar and writing, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Creativity in storytelling, games, and interactive learning methods.
- Prior experience in content writing/curriculum design/EdTech is a plus.
- Ability to understand the needs of students and parents in Tier 2 & 3 cities.
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to deliver within deadlines.
