
Dedicated Customer Advocate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing escalated customer queries, liaising with partners, and driving customer success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolving escalated customer inquiries/complaints
- Liaising with partners to agree on solutions and monitor progress
- Working towards agreed SLAs to respond to customers and close complaints in a timely manner
- Monitoring trends in complaints and working with the service team lead to reduce repeated complaints
- Assisting the service team in handling general customer inquiries and managing incoming requests
- Tracking and reporting complaint trends to the manager each week
- Creating action plans to reduce complaints and developing new processes to minimize them
Required Skills:
- Passion for best-in-class customer service
- Minimum 3 years experience in handling customer complaints in a fast-paced environment
- Minimum 2 years experience working for a reputable company
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Excellent time-management skills and ability to manage workload
- Proactive in dealing with complaints in a timely manner
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- 08:00am - 17:00pm GMT (13:30pm - 22:30pm IST)
