Job Title: Customer Experience Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Executive.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to Customer Inquiries: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  2. Resolve Customer Complaints: Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  3. Provide Clear Communication: Provide accurate responses to customer queries, ensuring clear communication across multiple platforms.
  4. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Business, Product, Support) to ensure customers have a smooth experience.
  5. Build Strong Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions using third-party tools such as Freshdesk, Freshchat, Exotel, Shopify, and Uniware.

Requirements:

  • Education: Graduation in any field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the E-commerce sector
  • Skills: Proven experience in customer service or a related field, excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, proficiency in using customer service software and other relevant tools.
  • Culture Fit: Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service with a positive attitude.
