Key Responsibilities of the Customer Support Analyst Role

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for addressing customer issues, guiding customers on product usage, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide a fulfilling experience.

  • Troubleshoot customer issues and conduct root cause analysis.
  • Guide and assist customers on product usage.
  • Handle customer data import and export from production systems.
  • E nsure timely updates of customer data in production systems.
  • Process confidential data and information according to guidelines.
  • Contribute to developing product content for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Generate reports from single or multiple systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in computer science, 3+ years of experience in product customer support, excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills, an analytical mind, and strong problem-solving skills. You should also be able to translate business requirements into non-technical terms and possess good documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with cloud-based products, preferably on AWS, and knowledge in any scripting/programming language, such as Python, Java, JavaScript, or Perl, to automate manual tasks would be beneficial.
