Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketplace Optimization: Analyze sales trends, customer feedback, and competitor strategies to optimize product listings for higher visibility and conversion.
  • Inventory Management: Ensure accurate stock levels and coordinate with warehouse or logistics teams to avoid out-of-stock situations or overstocking.
  • Order & Customer Management: Oversee order processing and handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns effectively and professionally.
Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing tools.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
