Senior Business Analyst

As a seasoned business analyst, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality consulting engagements. Your expertise will be utilized to facilitate close collaboration with stakeholders and business users, as well as cross-functional delivery teams over the lifecycle of a project.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct one-on-one or small group interview sessions to gather required use cases, functional requirements, and technical requirements, thereby developing requirement documentation.
  • Provide analytical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and documenting e-commerce system requirements and procedures that are cost-effective and meet business objectives and user needs.
  • Offer consultation to stakeholders and business users on omni-channel-specific business topics, including product catalog modeling, inventory management, customer service, b2b customer management, b2b procurement, demand generation, promotion strategy, cross-channel commerce, and more.
  • Develop user requirements, functional specifications, technical specifications, data models, and process flow diagrams to communicate engagement scope to stakeholders and delivery team members.
  • Ensure timely completion of assigned work and communicate status if task delivery dates are at risk.
  • Collaborate with other project delivery team members towards the resolution of business or systems issues.
  • Understand e-commerce data structures, collect product catalogue data from client business users, manipulate data for import into e-commerce system, identify data gaps, and perform product data imports into e-commerce system (Project dependent).
  • Provide system demonstrations and training to client business users.
  • Develop test plans, write manual/automated test scripts, and define acceptance criteria to ensure high-quality project deliverables (Project dependent).
Requirements:
  • Hands-on experience in general IT business analysis coming from E-Commerce domain.
  • 2-3 years implementing Hybris Commerce.
  • Concrete understanding of SAP Hybris Application Lifecycle Framework.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Able to multi-task and work under tight deadlines.
  • Must be able to work independently with little to no supervision.
  • Experience with global service delivery model.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent communication skills.
