Job Title: E-commerce Operations Specialist

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Operations Specialist to drive revenue growth on multiple online marketplaces, develop and execute strategies for product cataloguing, A+ content, and search engine optimization.

  • Responsible for leading the team in creating high-quality listings that increase brand visibility and customer engagement.
  • Developing and implementing effective market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Working closely with internal stakeholders to manage relationships with designated marketplaces and optimize shipment processes.
  • Preparing detailed reports and providing data-driven insights to support business decisions.
  • Overseeing key account management, category, and catalogue management initiatives.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to effectively communicate objectives and needs to all stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to develop and nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Inventory management skills can be beneficial but not necessary.
