Job Title:

A System Infrastructure Manager is required to lead a team of skilled professionals in the management of messaging and file transfer technologies. This role involves overseeing the effective and efficient management of services to end-users and application teams.

The ideal candidate should have experience in IT infrastructure related fields, preferably within an outsourcing or managed services environment. Key skills include certificate renewals, disaster recovery for applications, and a strong understanding of automation and its best practices.

  • Lead a team of skilled engineers to manage projects and ensure optimization
  • Manage cost control and budgets while maintaining high service quality and availability
  • Strong knowledge of infrastructure management, including legacy systems and capacity planning
  • Incident, Change, Request, and Release Management expertise
  • Vulnerability and asset management skills
  • Resiliency and business continuity planning experience

The System Infrastructure Manager will be responsible for handling critical escalations, ensuring timely resolutions, and working independently in challenging environments.

This role requires a flexible approach, with the ability to handle weekend activities as required. A good understanding of Unix/Linux, protocols (SFTP, FTP, FTPs, HTTPS, S3), and business process creation and maintenance is essential.
