Senior System Engineer Role

Our Senior System Engineer provides day-to-day support of client networks, servers, storage, and overall infrastructure. They help architect and implement IT projects, troubleshoot network and system issues, and represent the face of the company with our clients.

  • Maintain our clients' IT infrastructure remotely and at customer site(s) when needed.
  • Help architect and implement high availability, virtualization, and cloud services.
  • Be the escalation path for issues that desktop engineers or helpdesk staff cannot resolve.
  • Work closely with Managers, Service Coordinators, and other Engineers to meet customer service-level commitments.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve network and system issues, remote or on-premise as needed.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience administering, configuring, optimizing, and maintaining Windows-based networks and servers. They should have strong experience with Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365 administration, and Windows security. Familiarity with firewalls, switches, virtualized environments, backup solutions, cloud-based email systems, MDM solutions, and technical certifications are desired.

We are looking for a self-motivated and able to work with limited supervision individual with excellent time management and communication skills. Strong customer service skills are essential to provide world-class customer service.
