Job Title: Network Infrastructure Specialist

Years of experience 5-8 years

Domain: Telecom industry only

Transmission data remediation expert sought

Key skills & Technical expertise required:

  • Network engineering/ transformation experience in Telco with mid to senior level involvement (5 to 6 years)
  • Network infrastructure design, build, test, and deployment
  • Customer circuit provisioning and assurance support – Root cause analysis and resolution
  • Network data remediation, transformation, and migration (ETL) activities

Required knowledge includes:

  • DWDM, OTN, and SDH technology
  • Network Inventory systems, including Ciena MCP and Infinera DNA
  • Network Monitoring applications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to document standard operating procedures, diagrams, and training materials for end users
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams – IT, Networks & Transformation teams

Additionally, the successful applicant should be able to:

  • Work under pressure and play a significant role in project success
  • Take the lead in escalations for high-priority incidents and manage resolution accordingly
