Customer Onboarding and Retention Strategist

Job DescriptionWe are looking for a seasoned professional to design and implement effective onboarding journeys for new business clients and develop strategies to enhance customer retention efforts. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating personalized touchpoints, analyzing customer behavior, and leveraging data to drive marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute onboarding campaigns across email, social media, and in-app notifications to ensure seamless user activation and reduce churn.
- Analyze customer behavior and lifecycle stages to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and re-engagement.
- Create segmented marketing campaigns based on customer lifecycle stages, user personas, and specific behaviors.
- Collaborate with the Customer Success team to develop and promote loyalty programs and other initiatives to boost retention.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in customer onboarding and retention, preferably in SaaS.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing successful onboarding campaigns.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
- A competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
