Lead AI Transformation

As a seasoned leader, you will drive business growth and financial impact by leveraging AI adoption across various sectors.

\

This role involves advising senior leaders on strategic AI initiatives, architecting AI roadmaps, and overseeing execution to deliver tangible results. You will connect traditional AI, GenAI, and intelligent automation to real cost takeout, margin improvement, revenue growth, and competitive advantage.

\

Key responsibilities include building trusted relationships with senior business leaders, shaping AI-led transformation deals, and driving account expansion.

\

Ai strategy and roadmap design involve leading AI maturity assessments, opportunity mapping, and prioritization workshops. You will define enterprise AI strategies across Traditional AI/ML, Generative AI, and Intelligent Automation.

\

Solution oversight and execution entail overseeing the design and delivery of AI solutions that directly improve margins, optimize cost-to-serve, and unlock growth. You will govern delivery to ensure programs move from PoC to scaled financial results.

\

Practice development and thought leadership require developing and refining AI consulting IP, representing Firstsource as a trusted voice on AI's role in value creation, and mentoring consulting talent to think in terms of financial levers, not just technology adoption.

\

Required experience and skills include 10–18 years in top-tier management consulting or equivalent transformation leadership, a proven track record of selling and delivering large-scale AI/digital transformation engagements with measurable financial impact, strong working knowledge of AI/ML lifecycle: data strategy, model development, deployment, MLOps, understanding of traditional AI/ML and Generative AI, and strong understanding of the AI technology stack including data ingestion and processing layers, data platforms, feature stores, model development environments, MLOps pipelines, APIs, and cloud-native AI services.

Market ecosystem knowledge involves deep understanding of the AI solutions landscape and key differentiators, commercial models, and partnership strategies. Sector expertise (Preferred) includes Healthcare, BFSI, CMT, or Customer Operations — with proven ability to identify AI use cases. Core skills include exceptional structured problem-solving and executive storytelling, commercial acumen with P&L understanding, and high tolerance for ambiguity and a bias for action.
