Job Description

Are you passionate about Agile methodology and Scrum framework? Do you have excellent facilitation and communication skills? We are looking for a seasoned Scrum Master to join our team.

A Scrum Master plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of Scrum processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SAFe Agile and ADO board, as well as excellent facilitation skills to lead daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo, and retrospective meetings.

  • 8-12 years of experience as a dedicated and full-time Scrum Master
  • Excellent hands-on and understanding of SAFe Agile and ADO board
  • Facilitate meetings, including daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo, and retrospective
  • Hands-on experience in developing using ADO dashboard to track key Agile performance health KPIs
  • Effective communication
  • Action orientation and follow-through facilitation
  • Good hands-on experience with Agile estimating and planning techniques
  • In-depth hands-on experience in Sprint Forecasting
  • Effective in removing impediments
  • Knowledge of various well-documented patterns and techniques for filling in intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach, such as numerous Burndown technologies, various Retrospective formats, handling bugs, etc.
  • Working in SharePoint Technology, preferably SharePoint 2019; Online experience is required
  • Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership
  • Facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution
  • Continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent

Experience: 8-12 years
