Senior Agile Project Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Agile Project Manager to join our team on a full remote basis. As a Senior Agile Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading projects using agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban to ensure iterative and flexible delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Assist the team in understanding and implementing agile principles and practices.
  • Identify and resolve any obstacles that may hinder the team's progress.
  • Monitor the team's progress and ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Utilize Azure DevOps dashboards to track and visualize team performance, sprint progress, and project metrics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Certified Scrum Master with +5 years of experience.
  • +5 years of experience as Agile project management (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
  • Ability to lead projects using agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban.
  • Expertise in creating metrics and dashboards using Azure DevOps.
  • Experience with PeopleSoft is an advantage.
  • Strong facilitation skills for agile ceremonies.
  • Ability to remove impediments and ensure smooth project execution.
  • Continuous improvement mindset and ability to foster a productive work environment.
