We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Mobile Banking project from initiation to delivery.

About the Role:

  • As a senior project manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • You will work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and quality delivery.
  • Your primary focus will be on aligning project activities with business goals and regulatory standards.

Key Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 12 years of experience in banking, fintech, or IT sector with at least 4 years of exposure to mobile banking and internet banking projects/programs.
  • Deep expertise in Scrum and Agile methodologies, with knowledge of banking products and digital channels.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with hands-on experience as a project manager.
  • Practical exposure to DevOps (CICD) and cloud/microservices-based projects.
  • PMP/Scrum/Prince 2 certifications.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end execution of the Mobile Banking project, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory standards.
  • Manage project activities, including meetings, documentation, and risk registers.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for timely and quality delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with Bank regulations, data privacy laws, and cybersecurity standards.
  • Facilitate stakeholder communication and change management activities across departments.
  • Arrange and oversee training sessions for staff and end-users.
  • Deliver regular project updates and presentations to senior management and steering committees.
