Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned SAP project manager to oversee IT projects and develop best practices for project planning, execution, and ongoing deliverable tracking.

This role will involve coordinating project status updates for senior management, managing project change processes, preparing recurring program and project status reports, identifying and escalating issues and risks, facilitating resource capacity planning across all projects, auditing project deliverables and documentation for adherence to governance standards, and analyzing project costs and budgeting with operations managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement project management methodologies, tools, and products.
  2. Manage project change management processes and tools.
  3. Prepare and review recurring program and project status reports.
  4. Facilitate the identification and escalation of issues and risks.
  5. Facilitate resource capacity planning across all projects in the portfolio.
  6. Audit project deliverables and documentation to ensure adherence to governance standards.
  7. Analyze and coach Operations Managers on project costs and budgeting.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in B. Tech or MBA with experience in IT PMO.
  • 12 years of experience using knowledge process management systems (VISIO, Smart sheet, MS Projects, Excel & Power Point).
  • Industry standard Project Management Certifications such as PMP is added value.
  • Min. 6 years of experience of being a business analyst's roles for IT Software and Infrastructure projects.
  • Experience working automation toolset would be an added advantage.
