Lead Agile Software Development Projects

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead and manage agile software development projects from initiation to completion. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of software products that meet or exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Benchmark and establish Scrum Teams across various projects, ensuring sprint ceremonies are conducted according to defined Agile methodologies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets for on-time and within-budget delivery.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the development teams. Implement agile best practices and lessons learned from previous projects to enhance efficiency and product quality.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders, understanding their needs and expectations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Computer Science, Information Technology) with minimum 10 years of overall experience.
  • Proven experience as an Agile Scrum Master in the IT industry with at least 5 years of experience in this role.
  • Strong knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification is mandatory.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
