Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill a highly technical role within our organization.

This position requires strong experience in Agile project management, business analysis, and data warehousing.

  • Foster a collaborative team environment by facilitating Scrum ceremonies.
  • Coach the team on Agile best practices and principles.
  • Remove impediments and promote self-organizing teamwork.
  • Track and communicate team metrics to stakeholders.
  • Work closely with team members to ensure a well-groomed and prioritized backlog.
Key ResponsibilitiesAgile Project Manager Duties
  • Manage Scrum ceremonies to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve impediments and improve workflow.
  • Monitor and report team metrics to stakeholders.
Business Analyst Duties
  • Analyze requirements for data warehouse projects and develop process flows.
  • Document data services project requirements and develop documentation as needed.
  • Support data quality initiatives and define data governance standards.
  • Assist in user acceptance testing and validation of data solutions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in Agile project management and business analysis.
  • Strong understanding of data warehouse concepts and ETL processes.
  • Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Optional but good to have - Agile certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent)
