Job Title: Business Development Consultant
">Job DescriptionWe are seeking a talented professional to propel our business forward by identifying new opportunities, building client relationships and driving growth initiatives.
- Pursue outbound calls to qualify leads through marketing campaign follow-up and cold calling.
- Schedule appointments with prospects.
- Generate leads through email, cold calling, and other channels.
- Recommend and run lead generation campaigns as necessary.
- Conduct research to identify potential customers using various sources.
- Design and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to engage prospective clients and nurture existing leads.
- Craft the value proposition of our IT products/services and negotiate initial objections.
- Achieve a quota of highly qualified leads per month and then conversion to an opportunity.
The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in business development/lead qualification/telesales/inside sales or related experience in a B2B outbound environment. Domestic/International calling experience is mandatory.
Fluency in regional languages is required. Preferably female candidates. Experience in India, US, Europe, and other international markets for IT inside sales/sales is highly preferred.
MBA in Sales and Marketing is always preferred. A proven track record at achieving measurable goals is essential. Experience in generating executive-level leads for Enterprise Company is desired.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required. The ability to work independently and effectively in a dynamic environment is essential. Flexibility to work in India/US/Europe shift hours is required.
