Executive Leadership Role

The Chief of Staff will serve as a trusted advisor to the organization's leadership, driving strategic initiatives and supporting the development of the company's growth strategy.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional with 2–4 years of experience in consulting, startups, D2C, FMCG, or beauty/personal care. The ideal candidate should possess a strong entrepreneurial mindset, be comfortable with ambiguity, and have excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Support & Planning:
    • Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and execute the company's strategic plan, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Project Management:
    • Oversee key strategic initiatives, special projects, and cross-functional projects from conception to completion, driving results-oriented outcomes.
  • Operational Efficiency:
    • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, drive business growth, and ensure seamless execution.
  • Communication & Alignment:
    • Act as a liaison between executives, departments, and external stakeholders, fostering open communication and ensuring effective collaboration.
  • Market & Product Strategy:
    • Conduct market research to inform product positioning and competitiveness, driving business decisions that align with market trends.
