About the Role

This exciting opportunity involves client acquisition, account management, project execution, and promoting retirement planning solutions. You will be directly contributing to expanding adoption of market-linked returns and tax-saving benefits by working with corporates, PSUs, emerging partners, and individual clients, while closely collaborating with cross-functional teams.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute plans to achieve business targets & expand customer base
  • Promote retirement planning solutions to corporate and retail clients
  • Generate new leads through references, networking, and market outreach
  • Prospect, meet, and engage with top management of corporates (CXOs/VPs)
  • Negotiate terms, onboard corporates, and manage client implementation
  • Conduct presentations and awareness sessions on retirement planning solutions
  • Provide client support, resolve queries, and ensure smooth servicing
  • Stay updated with industry best practices

Requirements
  • Fresh Graduates – 2025 Batch Pass-Outs
  • Candidates with 2–4 years of experience in Business Development, or Relationship Management

  • Ability to work independently & achieve targets
  • Flexibility to travel within Gujarat as per business needs
