As a Program Coordinator within our Learning/Service Delivery team, you'll ensure program smooth operation, provide learner support, and coordinate with internal teams for a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Learner Support: Address inquiries, guide learners through the program journey, and resolve issues for a positive experience.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to manage program timelines, deliverables, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Process Improvement: Streamline program delivery, enhance learner satisfaction, and implement best practices for efficiency.
  • Quality Control: Ensure learning communications adhere to quality standards and branding guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent qualification.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to business needs, respond to tickets, chats, and out-calling.
  • Demonstrated customer support experience, resolving inquiries professionally.
  • Tech-savviness, ability to quickly adapt to new software platforms and tools.
  • Flexibility, willingness to work in rotational shifts (24x7).
  • High attention to detail in written communication and problem-solving.
  • Collaborative mindset, willingness to work across teams for exceptional learner support.
  • Prior experience with online education, services delivery, or familiarity with digital learning tools.
  • Remote work capability, strong communication with team members.
  • Excellent organizational skills, multitasking abilities.
  • Data-driven mindset, focus on results, data analysis, and continuous improvement.
