About the Job:
Pet food experts seek a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join their team as a Territory Sales Manager. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding market share in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of pet food experts' brands, products, and market conditions to maximize selling efforts.
- Achieve sales objectives by building sustainable, profitable sales growth through successful execution of vendor development category/brand strategies and programs with retailers.
- Collaborate with regional sales managers, peers, and vendor partners to develop and implement business plans that drive sales growth and improve market share leadership.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business or life sciences (preferably).
- Minimum 3 years of sales and/or business-to-business sales experience with demonstrated mastery of the job accountabilities.
- Clean driving record as verified by MVR.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Estimated salary: $65,000+ per year.
